OPEN INDOOR DIVISION
OPEN INDOOR was created to offer a venue for members of the community 6 years of age or older that are not a member of a Tulare County 4-H Club or a local FFA Chapter to showcase their talents. The fee is a flat $5.00 fee. Indoor entry display tags will be provided. Exhibitors entering the OPEN INDOOR division that are under the age of 20, may purchase an exhibitor pass for $13.00. The pass is valid for 5 entrances to the Fair. Purchasing an exhibitor pass is not mandatory for Indoor divisions. Passes are to be picked up upon delivery of projects to the Fair.
