OPEN INDOOR was created to offer a venue for members of the community 6 years of age or older that are not a member of a Tulare County 4-H Club or a local FFA Chapter to showcase their talents. The fee is a flat $2.00 per entry. Indoor entry display tags will be provided. Exhibitors entering the OPEN INDOOR division that are under the age of 20, may purchase an exhibitor pass for $15.00. The pass is valid for 1 entrance per day Wednesday-Sunday to the Fair. Purchasing an exhibitor pass is not mandatory for Indoor divisions. Passes are to be picked up upon delivery of projects to the Fair.
