6 AM ~ Livestock permitted on grounds (Sheep, Dairy Cattle, Meat Goats, Pygmy & Dairy Goats)
4 PM ~ ALL livestock must be in place (Excluding Dairy Cattle and Dairy Goats in milk.)
4 PM ~ All Cotton Modeling
5 PM-6 PM ~ Dairy Goats check in
5 PM ~ Scales open for weigh-in of SHEEP followed by weigh-in of MEAT GOATS & COMMERCIAL MEAT DOES (approx. 6 PM)
6 PM ~ Pygmy Goats check in
7 PM ~ Livestock Exhibitors Meeting, BARN
10 PM ~ Barn Closes
May 14- Wednesday
6 AM-10 ~ PM Barns Open/Admission Applies

May 17- Saturday “AUCTION DAY”

9:30 AM ~ Commercial Bred Heifer Sale followed by Jr. Livestock Market Auction. Grand Champions & Reserve Grand Champions will be sold at noon followed by the Heritage Animal. Livestock will be sold in specie order.
10 AM-2 PM ~ Ag Mechanics Silent Auction
10 AM-11 PM ~ 4-H & FFA Indoor Exhibits Open (EXPO Bldg.)
2 PM-11 PM ~ Commercial Building Open
7 PM ~ JR. LIVESTOCK AUCTION CLOSES Add-ons will not be accepted beyond this time.
May 18 – Sunday “FIESTA DAY”
6 AM-10 AM ~ TACK & LIVESTOCK LOAD OUT

6 PM ~ EXHIBITORS AWARDS BANQUET Expo Bldg. 4-H & FFA uniforms mandatory for ALL exhibitors
Exhibitors must be in uniform to accept awards.
