Potential Commercial, Food & Auxiliary Entertainment Vendors:
Porterville Fair is a cornerstone event in the community and will celebrate 71 years May 15-19, 2019. Approximately 37,500 guests come through the gates over a five day period. 4-H and FFA families largely support the livestock and indoor exhibit departments along with a first class carnival! The general midway and kiddie land are in separate sections of the grounds providing better traffic flow.
Indoor and outdoor vendor space is available. Corner spaces are limited. Exclusivity is not guaranteed however we do our best to limit the number of same product vendors invited to each Fair.
Food Vendors are all gathered in a large grassy food court anchored by the Budweiser Stage with free entertainment nightly.
Auxiliary Entertainment (Rock Wall, Bungee Jump, Water Balls etc.) are invited on a space available basis.
If you have interest in becoming a vendor at the Porterville Fair, review the Rules & Regulations and complete the attached appropriate vendor application. The forms are fillable & savable (please type for clarity) and return via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, fax to (559)781-4233 or mailed to 2700 W. Teapot Dome Ave., Porterville, CA 93257.
Vendors selected will be notified and sent a contract to complete. Contract, insurance permits as required and all fees are due to reserve your space.
